Teaching is my passion. I was a one-on-one tutor for 4 years throughout college, 3 years teaching experience part-time, 1 year full time Special Education teacher for students with learning differences. While I am a Special Education teacher currently, the pedagogical practices used for students who struggle to learn are highly effective across all types of learners. My back ground in teaching students with a multitude of disabilities, abilities, and learning styles has made me skilled in finding the right teaching strategy for each individual student. I have taught and worked with students overseas, upper elementary, early childhood education, special education, general education, and ESL students. B.S. and M.Ed degree from Texas Christian University.
