I graduated from Columbia University with a degree in political science. After completing my degree program, I started working in the fashion retail industry in New York City. In my spare time, I also work as a tutor, where I've helped a number of children and teenagers overcome their academic challenges and excel in the classroom setting. With more than a decade of tutoring experience, I have the skills necessary to help students looking to master high school algebra, various science courses, reading, and the French language. In addition to tutoring, I've also been involved in athletics for the past two decades and understand the importance of working together as a team. I believe that the best way to help students succeed in the classroom is to establish professional relationships with your pupils so that you've got a better understanding of their weaknesses, strengths, and interests. Once you have this information, you can then start looking at better ways to teach and motivate your students so that they're more active in the classroom. One of the best things I love about being an educator is having the opportunity to share my wisdom and experience with anyone interested in learning. When I'm not working and tutoring, I like to spend my time watching and playing sports.
