Education

Current junior at the University of Arkansas pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently have a 3.19 GPA cumulative, but I received an A in both University Physics 1 and 2 (both calculus based), and an A in calculus 1. UP1 focuses on kinematics, and UP2 focuses on electric current and optics.

Experience

I received a score of 30 on my ACT, with a 32 in Math and a highest score of 29 in Science. I've always enjoyed math going through school, and I had some outstanding teachers for my algebra 1 and calculus 1 classes. Although I don't want to pursue a career in education, I've always wanted to pass on what my teachers gave to me: a positive and easy to understand approach to these typically difficult classes. Going into my junior year of mechanical engineering, I've completed all of my math pre-requisites which include: calculus 1, calculus 2, calculus 3, and differential equations. I can tutor in all of those classes, but I'm best with calculus 1. I've also listed Physics and Psychology as areas that I can tutor in. I took AP Psychology in high school and then took general psychology in college, both times I received an A. With physics, as stated above, I took both physics one and two in college, but I'd be best helping with college based high school physics, or AP Physics C.
