I'm a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and am transitioning into life here in Dallas, Texas. I've always been very interested in reading, writing, and math. As a junior in high school, I was accepted at and attended the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics (NCSSM), the pilot school for public high school education with college level classes. I spent my last two years of high school in this science and math intensive program. Upon entering college at the University of North Carolina, however, I decided on humanities majors that helped me enhance my verbal, research, and writing skills. This led to my pursuit of a legal education and recent graduation from law school. I have always enjoyed helping others realize their own potential for excellence and learning. My mother is a middle school math teacher and I grew up watching her teach others, both in the classroom and through private, one-on-one lessons. In both high school and college, I often tutored classmates in math and proofread history and english papers.
