I want to be a tutor to help students reach their academic potential. I have a patient, calm demeanor conducive to tutoring that can get the best from people. I enjoy working with young people and tutoring allows me an outlet to share my skills in a constructive way. In addition to my undergraduate coursework in biology, biochemistry, genetics, organic chemistry, and mathematics up to Calculus 4, I have taken graduate courses in the Molecular and Cell Biology department at the University of Texas at Dallas. I have worked in academic and clinical research labs aiding in the research of evolutionary genetics and understanding biochemical pathways.
