I have lived in numerous locations during my life. Reflecting back on it all though, being a tutor has been at the center of all of those experiences. While in Colorado attending school, I was a private tutor in Mathematics and English, as well as Science, at secondary and primary levels. After secondary school graduation, I attended the University of Texas in San Antonio, where I received a BS degree. I majored in Biology, emphasizing Neurobiology. My initial years at the school consisted of chemistry tutoring. I graduated college, and then I traveled and participated in a non-government organization. I stayed in the country of India for half a year, where I helped struggling Indian citizens learn English skills, working as part of a group called Helping Hands for Poor. Now I am in Dallas and I am studying for a master's in Public Health, emphasizing Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences. The curriculum is based on worldwide health issues. I am studying at University of Texas Southwestern. While I progress to a new chapter in life, I am pleased to continue tutoring others. Education is the key to fulfillment in life. Beyond work in social issues and education, I also love to dance, cook, travel, and experience art and culture.
