I personally believe that learning a second language is a wonderful experience that can have a positive influence on students, including gaining a better understanding of other individuals. I like to show my students how the subject we are learning can be applied to daily life situations. I have been a Spanish teacher at the high school level, and worked with students of all different abilities. I offer tutoring in Spanish 1-4, ESL/ELL, Languages, and AP Language and Culture.I earned my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas, Austin, where I majored in Spanish, with a concentration on Language Teaching. In my free time, I love to work on DIY projects, spend time with my pets, and settle in with a good book.
