Located in Dallas, Texas, I am a tutor with a passion for improving the work of others. Always the consummate student, my education and work have given me insight into the meaning and value of one-on-one learning. I earned my bachelor's degree in Biology from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. Currently, I work as a Junior Physician in the Accident and Emergency department and I am preparing to take my exam to earn my medical license. Throughout college and medical school, I have enjoyed tutoring others. There is something very rewarding about helping students apply real world applications to concepts. My goal is to help students improve their skill and confidence in various Sciences. Subjects like Anatomy, Biology, Physiology, Reading, Pharmacology, and English are among my favorite topics to tutor. When a student struggles academically, it can affect their overall confidence and self esteem. I use my positive attitude towards learning to make learning relatable and fun. In my spare time I enjoy playing and watching various sports, spending time with my family, watching movies, and exercising. As an avid learner myself, I have a unique perspective and respect for what it takes to develop new skills or master current skills.
