Experience
I have been tutoring American students in Italian and Spanish language, culture and literature for many years. First in Italy, where I was born, and then in Spain where I received my Ph.D. with honors. I am satisfied as a tutor when my student starts being responsible of his/her own learning, and when he/she tells me he/she is actually having fun during class. My FL tutoring is focused on student's needs, and it is grounded into a communicative, and task-based approach, so student start talk since day one.
