- Bachelors in Mathematics, Princeton University (2014). GPA: 3.61, Department GPA: 3.76 - Certificate in Applied Mathematics, Princeton (2014) - Masters Degree in Probability and Statistics from Universite Paris Sud (2015) in France - High School Diploma from Princeton High School (2010) Currently, I am preparing to start my own company in quantitative finance. I've picked up the programming skills (Python) by myself in the last two years.
Experience
Test scores: SAT: 800 (M), 740 (C), 770 (W), total: 2310 GRE: 170 (V), 165 (M) SAT II : 800 (M) National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist (2010), National AP Scholar (2010) In the last two years, I taught myself how to program (Python) and I am currently using it to start a quantitative trading firm. Programming is an extraordinarily desirable skill nowadays, and it's really fun! The best part about teaching (and learning) programming is that it can be used instantly to build exciting projects and games. I have eight years' experience tutoring high school students (at Princeton High School, West Windsor Plainsboro, and Lawrenceville Preparatory School) and middle school students in Mathematics and Microeconomics. I also have experience helping high school seniors edit college essays. In my graduating class at Princeton University, I was one of 5 girls out of 40 students to receive a degree in mathematics. Acutely aware of the gender imbalance, I participated in many outreach programs to encourage girls to transcend gender stereotypes and to be excited about mathematics. In general, I love sharing my passion for the subject with students of all ages and backgrounds.

Hobbies
I enjoy mathematics and programming, but I have a voracious appetite for ideas of all kinds, especially politics and philosophy. I'm also interested in economics, neuroscience, and psychology. I have always loved to travel and learn new languages. At the moment, I speak French, Romanian, and Hebrew proficiently, and I can hold a basic conversation in Spanish and Italian. I love music and I used to play the piano very seriously. Recently, I've been learning to play the guitar. I enjoy music of all types, including jazz, classical, classic rock, 90s alternative rock, and country. I was a dancer in high school, and now I am an avid yogi. I actually participated in a yoga teacher training program (200 hour) to deepen my knowledge of the practice. As far as sports go, I also enjoy hiking and occasionally running.
