I am a tutor with a mastery of Spanish and writing. I can work with students on their writing, grammar and mechanics, English, Spanish, European history, government, world history, social studies, and a variety of other subject areas. I earned my degrees in International Affairs and Spanish at Texas A&M, and I continued with my education at the University of Texas Austin where I received my master's in Journalism. I have worked with undergraduate students as a teaching assistant for journalism courses, and I have taught English as a second language to adults. I have been passionate about teaching and learning since I was young. My mother was a teacher, and she passed down to me her value for education. I love helping students improve their writing and language skills. I am very enthusiastic about helping students with Spanish, as it's my favorite subject and I feel that I've mastered the language. I can help any student succeed and develop into a strong, independent learner! When I'm not writing or tutoring I enjoy a variety of hobbies. I love to read good books, watch films, listen to music, travel the world, partake in aquatic sports, cook good food, and study foreign languages.
